U Mobile has also started selling Nokia Lumia 800 for as low as RM1049. From the image above, you will already have a very good idea on the packages offered as well as the easy payment option.
The easy payment mode is using your credit card where you then have to pay monthly to your bank. More information about the Package and installment option at U Mobile’s website.

U Mobile will be the 1st telco in Malaysia to say something about the Sony Xperia S. I am not sure whether they will be the 1st to sell it but I am sure that they are the 1st (and the only one for now) who is doing ROI (registration of interest) at their website.
There is no indication on how much will the price be together with U Mobile package. If you are interested, you can register any time starting today up yo 13th of March. According to U Mobile at their ROI page, they will contact those who have registered starting from the 14th onwards.
Are you registering to get the new Sony Xperia S?

U Mobile is now offering the Samsung Galaxy Nexus together with their postpaid plan. This is the 1st Android ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) phone and if you see in Malaysia, there are hardly any other ICS phones that you can think of (excluding those 3rd party ROMs).

U Mobile Sdn Bhd continues to create waves in the telco market with the introduction of its brand new prepaid offering – getting 20 SMS for free for every 6 SMS sent, as a further enhancement to its Free Voice Call offerings launched in July last year, available today for its new prepaid subscribers.

U Mobile is getting more and more aggressive these days. They are being a great rival to Celcom, DiGi and Maxis by offering attractive bundled plans. Unfortunately they are not selling iPhones (yet). Hopefully they will come to that stage one day.

U mobile has started the registration of interest page for the following phones – BlackBerry Bold 9790, Samsung Galaxy W & Samsung Galaxy 7+.
All you need to do if you are interested with any of these phone is, register your details there and you will be contacted by 5th December by U Mobile to advise on the price and when to collect. As for now, there is no details about the pricing and plans yet.

U Mobile has added the latest Curve series – BlackBerry Curve 9360 into their BlackBerry bundled plan offer.
There is no RM40 package with 12 months contract for this phone. I am surprised that they are not offering a lower bundled plan (probably they have their own reasons). Read more »

Is this sign of a good company? Well, it makes me think that way when U Mobile offers free SMS and data to its customers. This offer is due to service disruption which happened recently (31st October).
