After the announcement of iPad 3 or to be actually called the new iPad, the price of all the iPad 2 has gone down by RM300. At first I thought that the new price is only for purchase via Apple online store but now, I’ve confirmed that it is also applicable at retail outlets.
For those who are wondering whether this will be a good deal, it depends on what do you actually need. I understand that you do not want to regret later, so I will tell you some of the differences.

You can now get a Sony Tablet S + Yes Huddle for as low as RM1288 when you sign up for Yes 4G 10GB postpaid plan. As you can see above, the plans are already stated there. You have 12 months or 24 months contract option and the price depends on which package you opt for.

Today, Asus Taiwan has posted in their Facebook page that all Asus Eee Pad Transformer users in Taiwan can now enjoy Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) update. Not only that, the update will also be available for other regions very soon.
With this announcement, Asus will be the 1st Android tablet manufacturer to release the ICS. Glad to hear that. The current Honeycomb version is quite sucky in terms of physical keyboard support and there are a lot of limitations. Hopefully ICS will be able to bring us a better tablet experience.
