U Mobile is now offering Samsung Galaxy S2 for as low as RM849 when you subscribe to their U package (U Lite, U Value, U Premium and U Plus). Well, they are not only offering Galaxy S2 but also many other Android phones such as Samsung Galaxy Tab 7, HTC Wildfire etc.

HTC Malaysia has announced via their Facebook page that HTC Sensation users from Malaysia can now enjoy the Gingerbread 2.3.4 update for thier phones over-the-air (OTA).

DiGi has now selling the HTC Evo 3D and HTC Cha Cha. The sale of Evo 3D will be a great news for everyone especially to my muslim friends who are planning to buy a new phone for the festive season
.

Those who are interested to get a HTC Flyer will probably be happy with this. The device was previously priced at RRP RM2499 and now, the price has been reduced to RM2099 (less RM400). But then, I am just wondering on who will be happy with this? OK, let’s be a little positive. How many of you are happy with the price reduction that you are going to grab one tomorrow?

Whoosh, I thought that Maxis is the 1st telco again to offer the latest phone @ HTC Sensation but DiGi has proven me wrong.
Anyway, it is good to have some option. Otherwise, you will have no choice but to choose the expensive one.

Yesterday evening, HTC Malaysia had a grand launch event for their 3 latest phones which are the HTC Cha Cha, Salsa and Sensation. Surprisingly, there was nothing much revealed (e.g. price, carriers etc) during the event because it was more like a party (will post up some photos later in my next article).

Earlier, HTC has announced that the HTC Desire will not be getting its Gingerbread due to limited memory. Now, they have came up with a way to install Gingerbread to HTC Desire but it will have some limitations so that they can squeeze in the Android 2.3 OS into this smartphone.

After trying for months to bring the Android Gingerbread OS to the HTC Desire, finally HTC gave hope by saying that there is no sufficient memory in that model to run Gingerbread.
I don’t know how many users in Malaysia are using the HTC Desire but it was one of the high end phone that HTC has released some time back and after spending so much of money to buy this phone, it is quite frustrating to know that your HTC Desire will be retiring soon.
