Thanks to DiGi, we finally got to know the RRP (recommended retail price) of iPhone 4S in Malaysia.
The price is quite OK if you ask me. Yes, anything above RM2000 is definitely expensive for me (probably not for you) but at least, it is very much cheaper compared to what the sellers of imported iPhone 4S are offering.
Furthermore, it is glad to know that Apple Online Store will be selling the phone too. This eliminates the price hijack, which was done for iPhone 4 – get it on a contract or pay premium (much higher than RRP).

There are 2 colours, black and white. All telcos are expected to start iPhone 4S sales on the 16th of December. You can also start purchasing from Apple Online Store from that date onwards. As for now, I am not sure whether the retail outlets will sell iPhone 4S too but I personally feel that it is very unlikely to happen because the telcos will not be happy with this.
