Maxis is being very quiet recently. If we look at few months ago, Maxis was the most active telco where any latest phones or tablets will be 1st launched by them. It is no longer the same recently.

However, it is good to see that Maxis is preparing for iPhone 4S and now, also launching the BlackBerry Bold 9790 and Curve 9360. However, there are 2 other BlackBerry phones which is not see at Maxis site – Curve 9380 and Torch 9860.

Now, let’s look at what Maxis is offering together with Bold 9790 and Curve 9380.

If you are a prepaid user, you can still buy from Maxis but it will follow the retail price which is RM1488 for Bold 9790 and RM1288 for Curve 9360. More details at Maxis’s website.
