U Mobile gives free SMS and data to its subscribers as a sign of apology.

Is this sign of a good company? Well, it makes me think that way when U Mobile offers free SMS and data to its customers. This offer is due to service disruption which happened recently (31st October).

From the screen shot above, you already have an idea on what exactly being offered. The free SMS is only on those 3 days mentioned above (10th November 2011, 10th December 2011 and 10th January 2012) where U Mobile customers can send as many SMS they want. It can be to any number nationwide.

Erm, international SMS? Hey, the free SMS is only applicable for Malaysian phone numbers.

As for the data, it is only applicable to those who have subscribed to U Mobile data. You will get 500MB additional data every month for 3 months (November, December and January).
