Yes, finally. Samsung Malaysia is now selling the extended battery (2000mAh) for Samsung Galaxy S II.

This package included the back cover (battery cover) for the phone as well because the 2000mAh battery is a little thicker than your current battery.

The price is RM139 and this person bought it at Low Yat Plaza. Not sure if it is the RRP though.

UPDATE (17th Oct) – a quick call to Samsung Malaysia today confirmed that it is not official yet in Malaysia. Those sellers in Low Yat Plaza are importing the units from overseas to sell it over here. The person whom I spoke to have no idea on when will this extended battery will be officially released here.
