DiGi offers dedicated iPad internet plans. Pay as low as RM30 monthly.

Today, DiGi has announced that they will offer dedicated iPad plans for as low as RM30 monthly. This is not their normal trick of linking back to Smart Plan (I always complain about this) but a truly dedicated plan.

From the image above, you can see that there are 3 plans being offered, which is iPad Lite plan (RM30), iPad Basic plan (RM58) and iPad Pro plan (RM88). Please take note that for iPad Lite plan, you are at a risk of being charged extra if you exceed your 500Mb quota. I am quite surprised to see that because it is not a norm for DiGi.

Anyway, RM30 for 500Mb should be worthy. Please take note that DiGi is only offering the internet plan and not the iPad. You can’t buy an iPad from DiGi. Also take note that you can sign up for this plan without the need to get tied into any contract e.g. 12 months or 24 months contract.

    can i do this instead.. change my normal sim to micro-sim (cost rm25). use in i pad and just subscribe daily internet for rm 5 whenever im outside.  then use it back in my cheap hp with normal sim adapter and still receive call as normal.. because recently digi came up with prepaid bradband whish is micro-sim . but this plan will terminated in 90days if we dun topup.. so waste of money //

      Yes you can use your normal sim but take note that you will not be able to make/receive calls while the sim is inside the iPad.

    yeas i must use my 2ndary digi number .. u see the prepaid internet plan can’t let us transfer creadit… ty tho
