When Astro mobile TV was launched, it was only made available for Maxis customers. I was able to see the relation there but I wondered why wouldn’t Astro want to make profit by offering it to other telco as well?
I believe the people in Astro have felt that way too, or probably it took them time to discuss and come up with an agreement with other telcos before offering their services.
Now, if you are a DiGi user, you have a chance to enjoy Astro Mobile TV as well. Anyway, it is not exactly the same as watching Astro on your TV. You will only have a few live channels and the rest will be video on demand (VOD) and looped channels.

Question : How do I subscribe?
Answer : You can subscribe by sending ASTRO to 2000 and can enjoy this service for the 1st 7 days for free. After that, you can either subscribe on a weekly basis for RM1.50 or monthly basis for RM5.
Does that sound interesting to you? Then you can get more details from DiGi website (LINK)
NOTE : To Celcom users, I believe this service is also available for you because when I tried with my iPad, it showed something about Celcom too. I am not sure about this because I couldn’t find any info on Celcom’s site. Nah, don’t bother going to Astro website. They are still saying that, “only available on Maxis”.
