I’ve just visited DiGi Centre in SohoKL yesterday. It was a long wait although there was not much customers there. While waiting for my turn, I was spending my time, testing all the latest phones near the wall. Unfortunately, there are not much info about this RM88 sale from DiGi, even at their website. When I went to the specified DiGi Centre in SohoKL, I was also not able to find anything except for the big banner that you can see in my previous post (LINK).

I am not sure on why are they being so secretive with this offer. However, I am sure that for some of you, it is a very attractive deal.

From what I got to know after spending nearly 2 hours there, there are a lot of phones offered (well, out of that only the BlackBerry Curve 8520 was sold at RM88). There are some phones where you need to take up other plans such as DG30, DG50 or DG150. More details in the image below :

This is actually a stock clearance sales. You can’t even find those models like BlackBerry Curve 8520 and HTC Legend in DiGi’s website. You are required to sign up for a DiGi’s postpaid plan as well for a contract but the good news is, your contract is only for 12 months :) .

By the way, I also have a bad news for you. Any of the phone that you buy via this offer DOES NOT COME WITH A WARRANTY. Yes, your phone will not have a warranty so please check your phones before purchasing.

Now, is it worth to take up the offer? If you ask me, I would say yes, but only for some phones. BlackBerry Curve 8520 is definitely a good deal. The rest are not bad. They are OK :)

If you are interested, you can grab this offer, only at the DiGi Centre in Mont Kiara (SohoKL). More info in my previous post (LINK).

No warranty? The would be the worst clearance sales ever!

Well, I don’t mind if it doesn’t have a warranty because the price is dirt cheap for some of the phones.

Most of us hardly have any issue with our phone so it is just a matter of luck if we get a faulty unit :)
