Hi folks. If you are wondering what is DiGi online store all about, let me explain to you. The concept is like a shopping cart where purchase products via online, using your credit card & the product will be delivered to your home.
I would say that it is still on a beta stage. There are not much products available at the moment. What can you buy from shop.digi.com.my? They sell mainly phones & also their prepaid products such as prepaid sim packs & prepaid internet. All will be couriered to your home (or the address that you state).
Delivery is only within Malaysia & no self collect method available. The postage is free (or is it included? ), so you only need to pay the price of the product.
As for payment, AMEX, Diners, JCB & other credit cards which are supported by paypal can be used. What if I do not have a credit card? No worries, you can also use a debit card but only from CIMB or Maybank. For credit cards, it mainly involves PayPal. Which means, you need to have a PayPal account with your credit card linked there. For debit card, you must have online banking account with your bank.
I’ve tested & it is quite user friendly. You can check your purchase status by entering the transaction number or your email address. Email address plays an important role here because in case the product could not be delivered, you WILL ONLY BE NOTIFIED by email. No other ways to notify you.
I suggest you to try it out. It is a nice try. If you have any questions, can post it here or you can refer to http://shop.digi.com.my/
Cheers guys
