Hi folks. Good news to all of you. DiGi has revamped their existing Smart Plan to benefit its users more. In their previous smart plan which was RM58, many Blackberry users were complaining that they cannot do tethering & when they use diginet as their APN, they were being charged for PAYU. Things will never be the same with their new Smart Plan.
Now, you can do tethering. Yes, you read that right. You can do tethering. Not only that, you will not be charged for PAYU anymore…..and all this is just for an additional RM10. Yeah, you read it right again
The new plan which is only RM68, is for Blackberry users to use their internet freely without any restriction. Furthermore, this is not only for Blackberry but any users who just want to have a internet connection for their phone but do not really make calls.
Below is a screenshot :
Not only that, for those who wanted to buy a Blackberry Bold 9700 but missed the chance at the roadshow, you are not going to miss it again. DiGi has publicly launched their Bold 9700 at an affordable rate (refer to screenshot above).
Not only that, they also offer HTC phone (currently HTC Legend) for a discounted price for 12 or 24 months subscription. The rates are definitely affordable & I am sure that nobody is going to complain this time
What if I am currently using the old Smart Plan RM58? If this question crosses your mind, I have an answer for that too. You can upgrade to the new plan anytime even though you are on a Smart Plan 58 contract. You contract will continue under this new plan after upgrading. Another thing folks, please take note that effective today, DiGi is no longer offering the old Smart Plan RM58.
